Purpose of Role:

Provides pharmacy services (e.g. clinical pharmacy, production, medicines information/management) in hospital or primary care setting; undertakes risk management and ensures compliance with medicines legislation, supervises less experienced pharmacists, technicians, advises junior medical staff, nurses on pharmacy matters, may provide emergency services

Training & Qualifications required
  • Professional knowledge acquired through vocational master’s degree in pharmacy (4years) plus 1-year pre-registration training and experience
  • Registered with the GPHC
  • Valid DBS (not essential as we can provide)
  • All practical and Mandatory training
  • Updated Bloods and Serology reports
