REED Specialist Recruitment’s client, an award-winning and well-established company, are currently looking to recruit a Accounts Administrator to join their Glasgow team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join a market leading and expanding business.

The main responsibilities of this role are;

• Responsible for all aspects of Purchase Ledger

• Matching, batching & coding invoices

• Raising purchase orders

• Matching purchase orders to jobs/invoices

• General admin duties

Person Requirements;

• Highly professional and able to communicate comfortably with all levels of a business

• Highly flexible â€" can adjust to changing circumstances and priorities

• Working knowledge of Sage or Xero systems would be advantageous
