A Recruitment Consultancy in London are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CFO to join their business on a contract basis.

A global Recruitment business in Central London are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CFO to help cover a maternity leave for 12 months. Working closely with the CEO's EA, this role will act as the CFO's 'right hand person' and will play a vital part in supporting them on a day to day basis.

Daily responsibilities will include the following:
  • Extensive and complex diary management
  • Booking travel, compiling itineraries and organising conferences and roadshows
  • Preparing itineraries and accommodation for overseas visitors
  • Sitting in and taking clear and concise minutes during Board meetings
  • Liaising with internal and external parties, including shareholders, auditors and brokers
  • Preparing the CFO's expenses and ensuring any expenses for him to approve have been reviewed
  • Assisting the CEO's EA on any matters related to the business

For the position, the Personal Assistant to the CFO must have solid experience in supporting at C Suite level, ideally for a PLC business and be confident in taking board meeting minutes.

The ideal person is someone who can use their initiative, who can think commercially and who can add value to the position. Having enthusiasm and drive for the position is also key and the ability to work in a team environment.
