Reed Accountancy are currently supporting our Rochester based client who are actively seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk for an on-going temporary assignment to last up to 3 months.

The ideal candidate would need to be able to show relevant experience with the below duties:

The Duties:

• Produce sales invoices from customer orders

• Check invoices to make sure that they are accurate

• Checking invoices against despatch notes and make sure goods have been sent

• Posting payments to the ledger

• Reconciling customer accounts

• Raising credit notes when required
