Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Physics teacher who can work full-time Monday â€" Friday. The position will be starting February 22nd. This includes a daily rate of £138 â€" 180. With a great Caerphilly (CF83) location bus routes and onsite parking is available.

Due to COVID-19 our school are looking for an additional Physics teacher to join their science faculty in February. Since the pandemic began the school have noticed a large increase in catch up lessons and additional support needed. You will be required to work with small groups of pupils supporting them to complete additional work set by the head of department. Supporting KS4 and KS5 pupil’s ensuring they are in line with education curriculum.

The ideal science teacher…
  • Experience teaching KS4 and KS5 Physics
  • Laboratory experience (is preferred not essential)
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • QTS or NQT status
  • Physics relevant qualification

You will be supported by the large Science department with subject lead practitioners to help you throughout. Science labs interactive whiteboards and specialised equipment will be provided in the classrooms. Our school are excited to welcome a new Physics teacher to attend the school in February. They have a large site with ICT suites, newly equipped science labs and learning rooms to help with additional support. They have partnerships with careers wales and local universities to enhance the opportunities for the pupils that attend the school.
