Are you a Practitioner with experience in Adult Learning Disabilities and mental health? Can you manage a caseload of service users with learning disabilities and mental health needs? If so then we could have the ideal role for you!

We are looking for Mental Health Practitioners to work in Private mental health care homes located in Liverpool. The successful candidate would ideally have assessment, risk management and care planning experience and would be confident working autonomously and building strong therapeutic relationships with their service users. They would conduct assessment for patients suffering mental health issues and provide interventions and recovery focused care to ensure their clients maximise their independence.

The working pattern is flexible and the site is looking for nurses on a temporary basis or for a permanent position.

As a Mental Health Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Care planning
- Assessments
- Care Coordinating
- Strong relationship building
- Clinical judgement
- Managing a caseload

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a NHS mental Health team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
