Our Client is looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join and support their team of experienced managers.
Role:
- Working from Home but required to attend training and meetings in Reading based office
- Making inbound and outbound calls to generate leads
- Contacting mid-senior level professionals with expertise and professionalism
- Present and articulate the value proposition to prospects and partners
- Achieve or exceed monthly individual KPIs and metrics
- Be proactive and work on your own initiative
- Build working relationships and trust with account executives to reach common goals
Hours and pay:
- Full time hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8.45am-5.30pm; Friday: 8.45am-4.15pm
- £18,000 per annum starting salary, increasing to £20,000 after passing probation + target based bonus

Essential experience:
- Proven work experience in B2B Telemarketing or a target-driven Sales environment - preferably outbound
- Good working knowledge of technology products - demonstrated ability to understand technology solutions and communicate the benefits to our clients
- Have experience of working with CRM and telephony systems
- Salesforce experience
Skills:
- Ability to work to the highest standard in terms of KPI, behaviours and attendance
- Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to make cold calls, ask for referrals and seek new leads
- Demonstrable success with creating and growing net new sales pipeline
- Be able to motivate yourself and manage call data effectively, nurture prospects and maintain your calendar for follow-up calls
- Display initiative when handling objections
- Have a flexible approach to be able to work under pressure both on an individual level and as part of a team when required
- Be a fast learner, grasping industry knowledge quickly and effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
