This is a 6 month role to start before the end of January

The role would be administrative helping to reduce the backlog with invoicing/ assisting in supply chain as and when required

Candidate must have attention to detail - the work you will be doing has a financial impact on the figures the client is reporting to Europe

Must be able to manage workload and work to time lines

Flexibility to undertake other tasks that may be required

Be confident to ask if they do not understand

My client currently only has about 5 people working in the office, most of the staff are still working remotely

The Team Supervisor is generally in 3-4 days a week and during the initial training period she would be in full time

The role is a Supply Chain/invoicing Administrator. You will need to have a least 1 years solid administration experience and have good skills and knowledge using Excel. Also strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail skills are paramount.

Details of the job:

Uploading sub-contractor Jobsheets

The candidate will not only have to upload the sheet onto the system, but will need to read the Jobsheets to ensure all the correct information has been documented, with parts used/ any additional comments that might require return to site, collections from site etc.

Raising of sub-contractor PO’s - these should be raised weekly when the costs are received from the sub-contractors.

PODS - running a daily report of the system and chasing/speaking to suppliers for updates on orders

Printing back up paperwork for preparation for the weekly invoices to be sent out

The candidate will need to have good attention to detail, all of the above tasks have financial implications and if the information is entered wrong it could result in invoices being sent out incorrectly or turn backs from the invoicing team.
