Customer Service Administrator (Part time)
Glasgow Airport area
Monday to Friday: 3.00pm to 7.00pm - 20 hours per week
Paying: £10.50 p/hr
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for strong and experienced customer service administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment to start ASAP
Please be aware that this position will require you to apply for a DBS certificate prior to starting the assignment, complete a training assessment and for us to complete a 5 Year work history reference check.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - Call Centre environment
- Investigate and resolve issues as required
- Providing clearance of goods and support to external customers
- Advising customers on new procedures related to Brexit regulations
- Data Entry- good attention to detail
- Navigating between various systems- requires good I.T. skills
- Completing any related administration ensuring completeness and compliance
- Follow predefined procedures and processes
- Regular interaction with first line management
- Occasional interaction with suppliers and vendors
- Maintaining the CRM
- Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise
- Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
- Full training will be given
