Support Administrator

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client for an End Point Assessment (EPA) Support Administrator. Our clients approach is to work collaboratively and flexibly and you may be required to take on additional responsibilities as and when required to support the business.

This is a working from home opportunity for a minimum period of 5 months, paid weekly at £10.00p/hr â€" Monday to Friday with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle needs â€" however there will be core hours during the day which you will be required to work.

Job Role and Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the EPA inbox, and providing an initial point of contact for all queries
  • Monitoring of the Forum on Google Teams
  • To provide administrative support within the Support Team where required
  • Coordination and response for incoming correspondence, and the provision of feedback using templated responses
  • Housekeeping of records, including archiving and deleting per our clients document retention policy
  • Updating and management of EPA Booking Report
  • To liaise with other internal departments where required to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
  • Support the transition to regulations - creation of policies/processes documents
  • Support for annual Policy & Procedure review
  • To provide administrative support to Quality Managers where required
  • Provision of reporting on trends and statistics in EPA area
  • To deliver personal objectives in line with the wider aims and objectives of the team, department and directorate
  • To be a credible ambassador for our client, role modelling the clients values and its professional code of conduct.
  • To ensure that all the clients resources are utilised effectively and responsibly, through a culture of continuous improvement which delivers value for money and quality service standards
  • To fulfil the key responsibilities of the job role in a professional manner adapting to changing circumstances and reprioritising accordingly, while adhering to the regulatory and policy requirements of the department.
