Job Title; Sales Administrator
Location; Barnstaple
Contract type; 6 month temporary contract
Hours; 09.00am-15.00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate; £DOE

Are you confident speaking to customers over the phone?
Do you have an excellent telephone manner?
Have you got experience supporting a sales/business development team?

Acorn is working alongside a local manufacturing company who is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support their sales team.

Duties;

* Deliver exceptional customer service to company existing and potential accounts
* Support the sales and business develop meant team with all customer service and administration tasks
* Outbound calls to customers
* Provide monthly reporting and presentations to the sales team
* Follow up on quotations sent out to new customers to support sales team in converting new business
* Support BDM and Sales team in providing marketing material for new business
* Update social media account to keep the company 'relevant' and attract new business

Candidate requirements;

* Must have experience within a similar Sales Support/Administration capacity
* A support role within a manufacturing/production environment is highly desirable
* Excellent telephone manner is essential
* Flexibility to work for longer than 6 months in the event the contract gets extended
* Demonstrable B2B customer service experience is essential
