Seven Social Care is looking for a Quality Assurance Service Manager to fill an exclusive opportunity in Coventry City Council.

The Role:

The role holder will report to Operational Lead QA and work closely with Team Managers and leaders across the service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Will be required to QA identified areas of work for improvement;

- MUST Have a YOS background knowledge and current inspection knowledge

- To support Inspection preparation - candidate must have worked in a similar role/have experience and knowledge;

- Highlight areas of strength, further areas for improvement and areas of risk - the appointed person for this role will also be expected to deliver potential solutions on areas which need to be improved;

- To be able to bring innovative ideas to the fore to support more forward thinking/prepared services;

- Target driven as role will involve strict time frames.

- Assignment length is for 3 months and candidates can work from home for the entirety of the assignment.

- We need candidates to have worked within a Strategic YOS role as they will need to have up to date knowledge and understanding on legislations and what is expected from a service from a Quality Assurance perspective.

Applicant Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience: 2+ years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK.
  • Compliance: Up to date HCPC registration and DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
