Compliancy Services Ltd is one of the UK's leading providers of financial compliance consultancy and regtech services. We are an award-winning company that helps firms become authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

Our mission is to build trusted relationships with our clients, provide advice and guidance to manage their ongoing compliance and regulatory obligations and empower their staff with focused compliance training. We offer a wide range of services spanning sectors including Banking, Capital Markets, Claims Management, Consumer Credit, Crowdfunding, Cryptoassets, Fintech, Insurance and Payment Services.

Due to the growth in client demand for our services, our Capital Markets and Payment Services Team have been growing rapidly and we are looking for experienced regulatory compliance consultants to join the team.

The roles

If you are currently an in-house consultant that is passionate about financial regulation and strives for excellent client service, quality standards and solutions, we want to hear from you. We have two roles on offer:

Compliance Consultant â€" Capital Markets

We are searching for an experienced consultant with specific Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Asset Management regulatory knowledge experience.

Compliance Consultant â€" Payments

We are on the lookout for an experienced consultant with specific knowledge of payments regulation and anti-money laundering (AML).

What the Opportunities involve
  • Proactively undertaking account management activities, building trust and cementing client relationships
  • Supporting clients with development and delivery of FCA applications
  • Creating bespoke client documents and undertaking projects such as Compliance Manuals, advising on policies and processes, due diligence/gap analysis, compliance reviews and assurance assessments
  • Being the go-to person for quality regulatory advice with a deep understanding of relevant FCA Sourcebooks and the ability to interpret and apply them in a practical and commercial way
  • Maintaining knowledge and keeping up to date with sector specific regulations and developments
  • Where relevant and appropriate, producing ‘thought leadership’ articles and regulatory updates
  • Helping to build, maintain and evolve service offerings by identifying relevant client solutions and utilising our regtech capabilities
  • Demonstrating willingness to mentor and coach members of the team
  • Exemplifying the firm’s values in what you do and say and in particular ensuring quality in everything you do both individually and as part of a team
