Home Based Account Manager
This is an opportunity to join the newly created home based Account Management team. You will become a genuine business partner to our estate agency customers, adding value to their business through insight and advice, and helping them maximise the value they get from their membership. In this role you will have ownership of managing a designated account base combining an exceptional customer experience alongside identifying new sales opportunities. The role is home based so the majority of your time would be on the telephone with the ability to meet clients as necessary. We are looking for people who have a successful track record of Account Management and have the discipline and motivation to deliver great results.
Home based working, will need to be able to work autonomously
Contacting existing customers to establish and build relationship
Understand your customers’ needs and drive usage of the relevant parts of Rightmove’s proposition
Interpret & explain customers data to help explain the value of our product and return on their investment
Identify new business opportunities
Identity training needs of the customer and, where relevant, conduct relevant training with customers
Be the point of contact to answer customer queries and resolve problems
Must have experience in an Account Management or Sales role
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Evidence of home based working preferred but not essential
Self-starter essential, must be able to deliver results autonomously
Customer Focus; need to be a genuine business partner to our customers
Track record of delivering excellent customer service
Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
Confident with interpreting data and using this to build customer conversations
Enthusiastic and ambitious character
Excellent organisational skills
