Part-time Marketing Manager

The role is part-time (3 days per week), and office/home-based.  The successful candidate will be expected to be based in the Hammersmith office at least one day per week (fixed, and to be agreed at the time of appointment).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy for M3GR (both B2B and B2C), working with the marketing teams for other M3 group business units to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Develop and create regular client and panel member newsletter programmes
  • Support the sales team with client-facing collateral
  • Launch dedicated M3GR social media channels
  • Design powerful infographics to be used across all marketing channels (full training provided)
  • Grow the M3GR panel of HCPs via direct email, social media, referral campaigns and new approaches
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on conference presentations, exhibition presence, supporting collateral and giveaways
  • Co-create industry-facing whitepapers and thought leadership articles to raise the profile of M3 EU
  • Write and distribute press releases about key research and organisational news/launches
  • Work with relevant teams to promote new products and services

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Essential:

  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Interest in and knowledge of digital marketing tools including social media, search engine marketing
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
  • Fast learner, with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Articulate and confident
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and self-directed

Desirable:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • CIM qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of campaign management and measurement/reporting
  • Social media campaign strategy and execution
