Experienced Assistant Head Teacher required for an Outstanding 3-11 school based in Redbridge.

The school are looking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher on a permanent position. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP. Interviews are taking place now.

About the Job:

As a member of the SLT of the School you will play a key role in discharging responsibility for day-to-day matters which affect teachers and their teaching, students and their learning and all other employees in professional matters.

The successful candidate will advise the Head Teacher and Head of Primary Phase on the strategic direction of the School. You will also be acting Head of Primary Phase in the event of his/her absence.

You will lead on all aspects of SEND, G&T, EAL, Parent Partnerships and LAC, ensuring excellence in these areas.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in a primary school
• To be willing to get involved in all aspects of school life
