An absolute fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an global business based in the Farnborough/Camberely area. As Senior EMEA payroll Team Leader/Supervisor you will be key contact for day to day issues with EMEA based Payroll team members to process payroll for approximately 20 countries across the region as well as several Expat Payrolls.

The role will involve:

* Checking, reviewing and approving the payrolls.

* Being the first escalation point and assisting in resolving any issues that arise within the appropriate timescale.

* Ensuring that the payroll team are processing the payrolls as efficiently and effectively as possible

* Supporting the Payroll Manager in leadership, coaching and mentoring responsibilities.

* Co-ordinating the Year End processes.

* Playing an active role in managing software updates / upgrades i.e. planning, testing and implementing. The ideal candidate will have worked for several years at Supervisory / Team Leader role, have experience of processing payrolls across multiple EMEA countries and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a professional and challenging environment. They will also be a personable, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
