We are looking for a very talented, experienced Home Manager with an enviable and proven track record of commercial and customer performance within the healthcare sector. It is essential for the successful candidate to have in depth knowledge of CQC Guidelines and the ideal candidate will be committed to achieving standards of excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing standards of care and kindness, occupancy, profitability and operating efficiency. This means we are looking for a special kind of manager. A natural leader who is organised and driven, can inspire and develop their colleagues whilst at all times maintain your passion for delivering the kindest possible care for our Residents and their relatives/friends.
Ideally, you will be qualified nurse with a current NMC registration and relevant experience working in a similar position within the care sector, preferably caring for older Residents.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and competencies:

?? Relationship and Team Building Skills
?? A full valid UK driving license
?? Multi-site experience would be advantageous but not essential

Role and Responsibilities:

Using your expertise and effective leadership skills, you will be responsible for running all aspects of the Home in which you are placed, ensuring it runs efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. That means not only ensuring its commercial success, but more importantly ensuring quality of care for our Residents providing both clinical excellence and a compassionate, nurturing environment. You will be effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
These roles are regionally based and will involve regular regional travel with some national travel
