Mackenzie Stuart is currently recruiting for a dynamic and action-oriented Finance Manager who will report into the Regional Finance Director and the property GM. The candidate needs to be of the highest calibre, demonstrating commercial awareness in addition to having the required technical skills. They will managed a small team of 3 so will need to themselves be very hands on.

Our client is an established hotel chain. The passion and ambition of their people are a critical component to their success.


The Finance Manager based in Frankfurt will manage the financial function of the hotel to ensure the accuracy, integrity, legality and timeliness of financial reports in accordance to the country's regulations and property standards and support operation to achieve the property's financial goals

They will keep track of every financial transaction in the hotel to ensure all incoming and outgoing transactions are accurately recorded and handled.


The Finance Manager based in Frankfurt will have had the following exposure:

*Accountancy skills - ideally in a hospitality environment
*A strong academic background with a recognized Accountancy body
*Hands-on SAP systems experience is a must
*Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
*Previous experience setting up the financial operations in a department from scratch
*Ideally you will have previous pre-opening experience
*Fluent German and English are essential
