A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Assurance Administrator/Payroll Control to come and join the HR Solutions division of the Capita Plc.

Reporting into the Business Assurance Manager responsibilities are:

* To assist the BA Pensions Administrator with activities associated with the Company's varied Pension arrangements, including reconciliation and monthly payments to Pension providers and notifying them of scheme leavers.
* Assist in preparing and balancing the Pension year-end returns.
* Processing of Employee benefits and associated activities including liaison with the Company's Employee Benefits Team in order to resolve queries.
* Assist with monthly Payroll checking routines.
* Monthly Payroll input as directed by the Business Assurance Manager.
* Dealing with requests to create and run reports from SAP as required.

Your experience will include:

* A comprehensive knowledge of Payroll legislation.
* At least three years of Payroll Administration experience
* Previous Pensions Administration experience in a Payroll environment.
* Previous experience of working in a team dealing with high volume payrolls 5000+ employees.
* Ability to work in a flexible manner to meet the changing needs of the business.
* Excellent organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage a large and complex workload within agreed timescales whilst maintaining accuracy.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
