Our Kings Hill based client is looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual with an audit, investigation and compliance background to work in our Customer Services division as a Senior Validations Officer. Hours Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.

In this role you will:

* Responsible for compiling monthly reports
* Responsible for team quality monitoring
* Take personal ownership for the customer experience
* Be proactive in the suggestion and development of new work processes and procedures, assisting with the implementation of solutions where required to continually improve customer service
* To engage and effectively manage key stakeholders across the foundation
* Maintain personal skills development & knowledge as required by post
* Sign off AML approvals for all donations to mitigate country risk and carry out all associated searches and investigations as required
* Sign off bank details verification for Standard Validation team as required
* Sign off daily audit report as required
* Support the Team Leader in Customer Services Compliance and Validation as required

You will be:

* Able to demonstrable strong written and verbal customer service experience
* A good working knowledge of handling HNW clients is required
* Proven experience within audit and compliance is a distinct advantage
* Strong team player with a 'can do' attitude who can lead from the front
* You will have the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively whilst providing a professional, efficient and personalised service to clients both in the UK and internationally
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
* It is essential that you work as an effective team player within the team to achieve the strict service level deadlines
