Ideally based in Warwickshire/the Home Counties with the flexibility to cover many locations when required around the South - overnight stays paid for.

This is a brand new role created to support our clients initial plans to support more than 200 team leaders and managers in the first 6 months of the new Apprenticeship Levy starting in April this year. This is a great opportunity to put your stamp on a brand new training and delivery model where you too will be developed and supported to gain new qualifications and grow your career

Your role will be to design, develop, deliver and assess leadership and management learning & development programmes for the team leader and management population within this FTSE 50 company. The company is organised into trading brands, serving distinct customer groups. The brands are market leaders with outstanding reputations for supplying professionals in the construction market. They also invest heavily in people through a company-wide training structure focused on developing core skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes in line with end point assessment requirements and ILM awarding body standards to allow the leadership and management population to be successful in their roles.
Support and identify the development needs of colleagues and create a range of interventions designed to build capability aligned to our business needs, including benchmarking, profiling and capability assessment.
Work with L&D team, HR Business Partners, Management Team and expert third parties to implement development activity that is relevant, appropriate and cost effective, delivering a clear ROI
Ensure training and development programmes, where relevant, meet the requirements of academic frameworks.
Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all learners, staff, visitors and any other persons who might be affected by Training's activities.

Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions - concepts, principles and practice up to level 5
Significant management experience
Possess a Level 5 management qualification, Management degree qualified, ILM Level 5 or equivalent
Strong experience in training delivery and facilitation with front line colleagues and managers
D32/D33/A1/TAQA/Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
Minimum award in Education and Training (PTTLS), CRB Clearance

Track record of delivering projects in L&D
Knowledge of Apprenticeship levy and trailblazer standards
