A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Support Coordinator for a leading legal client based in Leeds. The client is conveniently located for commuters from Barnsley, Wakefield and all surrounding areas of Leeds.

The ideal candidate will already have experience within the legal sector at Office Manager/ Senior Legal Secretary level and can expect typical duties and responsibilities to include, but not exhaustive to:

- Coordination of dictation and production of documents in order to ensure service standards are met.
- Manage and report to the Head of Department and Operations Manager in respect of the work volumes during absences (including sick leave and holidays) of both fee earners and secretaries.
- Ensure all secretaries keep their admin tasks up to date and in line with departmental requirements.
- Complete ownership of all front line HR issues including absence management, holiday reports, appraisals, disciplinaries and personnel file upkeep.
- Work with all coordinator groups and Operations Manager to ensure all work is completed within defined time frames.
- Attend coordinators meetings on a regular basis as defined by the Operations Director.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

- Legal Secretarial/ Office Management experience.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Advanced Microsoft skills.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Knowledge of the working practices within a law firm.
