HR Shared Services Team Lead

Temp (12 weeks) then Perm

GBP36,000 - GBP40,000

Location: Central London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Shared Services Team Leader following a recent merger project. My client are a very well establish housing association that covers the London area. They are looking for someone to lead a small team whilst reporting to the HR Business Partner.

This role will be initially on a 12 month contractual basis

The HR Shared Services Team Lead is required to have the following;

* Experience in HR Shared Services role
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* A brilliant focus on the quality, professionalism and speed of work delivered at all times
* Ability to multi-task with confidence
* Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
* Ability to examine, interpret and present information successfully
* Experience setting up KPI and reporting processes relating to business and operational needs.
* Experience in ER and employee benefits previously

The HR Shared Services Team Lead will be required to do the following;

* Lead, support and work as part of the HR administration team
* Liaise with and create relationships successfully with all internal departments
* Be the point of contact for management and staff in regards to various employee relations and policies.
* Implement new creative ideas into the business
* Be involved in the recruitment and selection process
* Have involvement in payroll, and setting up KPI's.
