We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager for a specialist 38-52 week school that caters for students aged 7-19 with autistic spectrum disorders. Located in the glorious Dorset countryside with 28 acres of land for play and relaxation, the school has a theatre, a sports hall, indoor and outdoor riding arenas and a swimming pool which makes a brilliant working environment.

Job Profile
You should have the ability and confidence to lead, manage and supervise a team of support workers as well as assisting with staff rota's, allocations and ensuring all staff are complying and using the correct policies and documents.

Essential Skills:
Previous experience of leading a team
Experience of working within a care setting
Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills;
Previous experience of working with children/young people with Autism or a Learning Disability
