A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an in-house Recruitment and HR Advisor to join our clients very reputable company in Swindon, Wiltshire.

This is a dual role of In-house recruitment and being involved in a wide range of HR activities and change based projects and is ideal for someone who wishes to move from a recruitment agency/consultant role into an inhouse recruitment and HR. (Recruitment 80% and HR & change projects 20% of time)

Your role will joining a very busy in-house recruitment team and will develop and maintain long standing and strategic relationships with our clients local line managers, heads of service and directors in support of their succession and workforce planning objectives, offering a consultative HR and Recruitment solution, suited to their needs and managing existing relationships with recruitment agencies

As an In-House Recruitment and HR advisor, your duties will include:

•Oversee in-house recruitment campaigns across different divisions from inception to successful conclusion
•Managing PSL and recruitment agency relationships
•Overseeing assessment centres
•Involved in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations and Change Management projects
• Managing recruitment process from 'inception to completion' 360 degree process
•Using marketing tools to source candidates via social media networks and other avenues.
•Qualifying candidate suitability for current or future vacancies through interview assessment with line managers
•Developing future talent pools via PSL and direct applications
•Ensuring candidate experience standards internally/ externally - to ensure that at all times the very best levels of resourcing service is maintained
•Organising and chairing interview panels and assessment centres.

An ideal In-House Recruitment and HR advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

•Proven track record of performance in either an in-house recruitment or recruitment agency environment
•Recruitment consultant or In-house Specialist with either a manufacturing or across several different sectors - an advantage but not essential.
•Excellent knowledge of recruiting via Social Media Networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc).
•Experience of managing external agency and internal line management and stakeholder relationships
•Good understanding and practical experience of recruitment practices
•Experience of working towards targets and deadlines.
•Knowledge of using databases.

Team and Personal Development
•Positively motivate, direct and develop junior HR assistants and other Resourcer's.
•Take ownership, contribute and influence team objectives.
•Manage own Talent / Career Progression Plan with Head of HR to develop, enhance and hone HR based competencies in order to deliver key HR change programs and related objectives.
