We provide assessment and treatment for adults learning disability, mental health, complex needs & spectrum disorders who may display challenging behaviours.

As a Unit Manager / Service Manager you will be leading the staff team in further improving the quality of the service and delivering the right outcomes for people who use it.


*Overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the service
*Achieve, through the application of efficient and effective leadership, the Company aims, objectives and initiatives in a positive and cohesive manner
*Work as the Register Manager (registered with the appropriate regulatory body) and uphold and encourage in others the required standards of practice, as specified
*Ensure, through effective leadership and management, full compliance to the relevant regulatory and professional standards
*To achieve positive outcomes, in a timely manner, in response to any requirements generated by regulatory bodies or internal quality assurance processes
*Responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Quality Strategy, in accordance with the service needs.
*You will need to have experience in the management of services for people with a learning disability, ideally within a therapeutic rehabilitation framework. *You will also need to meet the requirements of the regulator in terms of experience and qualification for this service.
*Training and developing staff
*Leading meetings and reviews
*Administration and reports
*Among others

Looking for people with experience with learning disability and have been a support manager, care manager, service manager, unit manager, registered manager, etc.

You must be a qualified RNLD registered learning disability nurse / RNMH registered mental health nurse / RMN registered mental nurse
