Our client, a leading UK employer in its market, and they are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team based in Hampshire.

The Role

You will offer a market leading service to corporate clients, working collaboratively to deliver their well-being strategy whilst developing robust relationships. As a Key Account Manager you'll take a proactive approach to the management of the Key Accounts portfolio, identifying areas of growth while maximising profitability.

About you

To be considered for this role you will have:

* Experience of Key Account Management frameworks and principles
* Proven experience of negotiating commercial contracts with Intermediaries and Brokers
* Experience of working within the Health and Benefits marketplace
* Experience of managing a profitable portfolio of clients
* The ability to build excellent long term relationships
* Strong experience working B2B and B2C
* Full Driving licence

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. This role is offering GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum plus a great benefits package to include Company car, phone, laptop, 28 days holiday, pension, Health care and much more.
