Responsibilities
Payroll Administration and Management - ensure Payroll Administration is delivered on time, accurately and in full escalating any areas of concern to the appropriate Stakeholders in a timely manner.
Calculate salary changes; prepare relevant paperwork, submit information to payroll service provider.
Administer employee life cycle activities such as offers, changes and leavers; ensuring these are translated accurately onto the payroll.
Ensure all paperwork and processes are accurate and readily available to meet audit control requirements.
Work with Group Tax team to ensure that all International Tax implications are accurately reflected in the UK payroll.
Work as the liaison between HR and Group Tax department to ensure a pragmatic approach is applied to all secondments and European commuters.
Lead, manage and administer the UK employee benefit schemes such as Cyclescheme, Childcare vouchers etc. providing tax expertise where required.
Deliver all year end processes including P11D.
Administer the UK Pension scheme in line with auto enrollment to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Manage day to day relations with the Pension Provider ensuring monthly reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Ensure the Car fleet is managed effectively ensure that all vehicles are allocated appropriately.
Work with the Group Risk Manager to administer and manage the annual Fleet Risk Programme, ensure relevant action is taken on areas of risk identified.
Member of the Pension Governance Committee.
