Person Specification - SEN KS2 Teacher
To be successful in your application you must be an adept SEN KS2 Teacher who has been acknowledged as a 'Good' or better teacher out of observations and 2 years of teaching experience. EduStaff are looking to recruit an outstanding SEN KS2 Teacher who has high expectations of their pupils' learning and a commitment to providing education that promotes excellent progress and improves life chances, 'making the ordinary possible'. This SEN KS2 Teacher must consistently model excellent practice to colleagues in planning and delivery of teaching and learning, a clear understanding of the school context and a passion to work with some amazing pupils to enable them to achieve and progress.

About the Role - SEN KS2 Teacher
The SEN KS2Teacher will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Analysts and specialist teachers, so they must have a sound understanding of, and commitment to, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

The School
This supportive SEN Primary school is found in Liverpool. Each class of 7-8 pupils is taught by a SEN Teacher and a Teaching Assistant. There are sometimes additional adults working alongside the SEN Teacher and TA, for example creative professionals, specialist sports coaches, speech & language therapists. In some cases there may be 2 Teaching Assistants if any pupils in the class have an ongoing physical condition that affects their learning, or require transitional or additional support agreed with the relevant Local Authority.
