Zachary Daniels are exclusively recruiting for a Resourcing and Recruitment Manager for a well-established and growing healthcare business. The aim of the role is as follows:

* to truly business partner with specific business areas to deliver sustainable and measurable results when it comes to cost, time and quality of hires through effective sourcing, pipeline and forecasting activities
* to ensure a proactive recruitment strategy throughout the Group, introducing candidates with the right skills and behaviours aligned to the core values.
* to resource the right number of clinical professionals with the right attitude & skills to work within the sites.
* to monitor ongoing recruitment needs and resource the right colleagues at all levels within Head Office.
* to partner with universities, and coordinate proactive recruitment campaigns

This is a position for someone who can not only fill vacancies in a timely manner and with the right people, but who can also work in partnership with the rest of the business to proactively attract the best talent on the market to future-proof the business - manpower planning and pipelining candidates with the right attributes and culture fit are equally as important as filling existing gaps.

Key areas of focus:

* Developing with the hiring manager the recruitment strategy, business requirement, timescales and budget in view of finding the right candidate.
* Liaise with the hiring manager (Regional Managers and Heads of Departments) to plan ongoing succession for clinical and head office positions.
* Provide active support to the regional team to find and shortlist experienced hire positions, through the use of job boards, social media, networking
* To build and maintain a talent pool of candidates, network with external parties, and pipeline candidates to maintain their interest in working for the business.
* Attract and recruit 120 graduates to complete their initial clinical training with the business.
* Build, develop and manage strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, role brief, print based media and internet job boards to ensure effective resourcing and assisting with interviews where necessary
* Responsibility of marketing roles through agencies, direct advertising and social media, and include responsibility for their LinkedIn page.
* Developing values based pre-screening online tools
* Champion of values based interviewing
* Negotiating terms and conditions of employment
* Ensuring timely production of offer letters and contracts of employment by HR
* Liaising with the L&D manager, to ensure high quality induction

Person Requirements:

* Exemplar of the business's values
* University degree educated
* Experience within a technical recruitment / sourcing environment (ideally healthcare)
* High levels of emotional intelligence - able to interpret, anticipate, empathise and adjust in every scenario.
* A can-do attitude
* Organised, timely, structured, efficient and precise. Effective under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Natural networker and communicator
* Strong MS Office skills
