Due to a resignation in the Science Department my client school has a vacancy for a Newly Qualified Science Teacher who can teach Physics to A-Level from September. If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!

My clients School is a successful 11-18 non-denominational comprehensive. The school offers a lively and vibrant learning community situated in the heart of the Coventry with all the challenges and advantages of an Inner City School. The school was recently judged to be an 'GOOD' school by Ofsted.

With their specialist status for Science they create a challenging and learning environment. This helps raise standards of achievement with the quality of teaching and learning in science and mathematics leading to whole school improvement in performance.

As a specialist science college they provide a centre of excellence in scientific, technological, enterprise and vocational education. They encourage young people to pursue science and mathematics beyond 16, providing them with appropriate learning pathways so they develop the skills needed to be active citizens within an increasingly scientific world.

From this September (2017) they are seeking to recruit a Newly Qualified Teacher of Science that has excelled on teacher training and been graded as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' on their professional placements. The successful candidate will need to be confident in teaching GCSE, BTEC and A Level.
