Connaught Resourcing is currently working with a children's therapeutic care and education provider to appoint Deputy Home Managers on a permanent basis in Shropshire.

The purpose of these roles is to provide leadership and support to staff teams, to ensure high quality therapeutic care is delivered to young people as part of our client's integrated service. To act as leader, role model and co-ordinator of shifts and fully deputise for the Registered Home Manager in their absence.

The client in question has homes in Wem and Craven Arms.

We welcome applications from candidates that meet the below requirements:

*Hold one of the following recognised qualifications:
oNVQ Care Level 3
oNVQ Caring for Children and Young People Level 3
oLevel 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care - Children and Young People
oLevel 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce: Social Care Pathway
oLevel 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)
oLevel 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care -Children and Young People for Wales and NI
*Minimum two years' experience as a Care Practitioner with young people.
*Full driving licence and own vehicle
*Flexibility to travel and work shifts

The roles in question are full time, permanent and has a salary range of GBP21,210 - GBP25,745 dependant on experience and qualifications - There is also a GBP28 allowance per sleep in.
