Job Title: Deputy Manager - RGN or RMN or RNLD

Salary: GBP36,075 per annum + excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time hours - 38 hours per week

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly-skilled, experienced Registered Nurse and Manager to join the management team within a beautiful Care Home located in the Walton area, Surrey. The Care Home is rated GOOD by the CQC and has an intimate and friendly feel and contains specially designed facilities and features for residents to live independent, happy and fulfilled lives. Each resident is treated as an individual and given personalised care plans to cater for their interests and needs. The home offers nursing care, residential, convalescence, palliative and respite care for elderly residents; they can also cater for individuals with Parkinson's. Staff morale is very high.

This role is a full time position - 38 hours per week working a split between Supernumerary (70%) and Clinical nursing hours (30%). As a Deputy Manager, you will be required to assist the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home and supervise all junior members of staff. You will need to actively promote a positive, proactive and caring atmosphere within the home and ensure that care quality standards are upheld for the wellbeing of the residents. You will need to strive for improvement continuously and promote change management throughout the organisation. You must be a qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin.
