We are looking for an experienced registered Service Manager for a two bed childrens home in Somerset, supporting young people with EBD and challenging behaviour.



Responsibilities:

You will be able to manage the home successfully to the high standards set by Ofsted and the company. Strong staff management skills and the ability to bond, unify and develop the team are required along with good financial and budgetary skills. Working with the regional manager, quality team and the company you will drive the home to outstanding with Ofsted.

Previous experience and a proven track record in managing childrens homes and working with young people with EBD
Level 5 or equivalent qualification is required (NVQ 4 or RMA)
Demonstrable management experience
Experience of developing a service
A desire and commitment to deliver a quality service to the people we support
Flexible and adaptable with an ability to problem solve
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
