Our client, a thriving Specialist Legal Firm with a national reputation for working with clients in the following key sectors: Housing, Local Government, Social Business, Charities, Health and Social Care, Education, and legal services for individuals (critical events and life-stage planning).

They are looking for a Bid Executive to join their existing marketing team to help drive the growth of the firm by supporting the Sector Heads in the creation of compelling tender submissions across our key sectors.

You will play a key role in ensuring tenders and proposals are of a high-quality by managing bid administration, writing creative business content, and coordinating tender teams to produce all required content.

You will ensure the tender process is up to date and in keeping with best practice across the industry.

In addition to having at least three years' experience in a business development role, developing bids and tenders in a complex business environment, you will have a detailed understanding of the tender process, and be prepared to shape how we complete tenders in the future.

With strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, you will also have excellent writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills, and be able to communicate with colleagues across the firm.

As there is some line management responsibility, previous management experience would be desirable.
