-Manage all Payments Policy and Related Standards activity regarding annual and on going review, working closely with business and functional areas to ensure fit for purpose and implementing appropriate change where necessary

-Liaise with all business and functional areas to ensure Payments Policy and Related Standards is Embedded

-Manage and maintain overall compliance to Payments Policy and Related Standards including breaches reporting and resolution, management of waivers, annual RCA and PER activity and control testing

-Ensure local and international regulatory requirements are incorporated into the Payments Policy and Related Standards

-Produce and present well-written reports and presentations to senior colleagues on payments policy and complex regulatory issues

-Provide SME input from a payments compliance and regulatory perspective into change projects

-Support the migration strategy for the Payments business by undertaking any payments compliance and regulatory activities

-Assist in the production of consultation responses liaising with Risk and Regulatory Liaison team from regulators (PRA, FCA, PSR)

-Manage relationship with Payments trade body (Payments UK), attending regular member meetings and manage payment of annual fee

-Managing and developing tailored payments training for all colleagues.
