The Role:

A job for a Procurement Services Manager has become available in the Leicestershire area.
The position will involve managing and leading a team of over 15 purchasing staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectation.
The role will be predominently servicing Public Sector clients within Social Care and Food categories, key duties will be client consultancy, strategy and planning for upcoming governmental, social and legal changes, managing an experienced team and delivering a high quality service offering.

The Candidate:

The ideal Candidate must have a strong background in Procurement and preferably in-depth Public Sector knowledge, though this is not essential.
Strong leadership qualities are vital to this position as is previous managerial experience.
