Working as a key member of an HR Shared-Services team, with a particular focus on employee relations, this is an opportunity to join a large UK Company with great prospects.

You will be responsible for handling a wide variety of calls from Company employees and will also be involved in coaching Managers with regards to HR-related issues. These regularly involve providing support in areas such as recruitment, performance, grievance, discipline, absence, investigations, process and policy issues. You will be involved in supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems, updating the HR team on employee relations issues, analysing HR data and providing reports.

We are looking for a candidate with previous HR experience, including experience of employee relations. A good level of education is sought, with CIPD being advantageous but not essential.
