As the Intermediary Marketing Manager you and your team will design and develop Marketing initiatives and campaigns to support the business targets.

You'll use your experience of building and delivering against marketing plans to optimise the proposition in the FI (Financial Intermediary) Channel.

You will love managing a team and take pride in knowing you are supporting them to develop and grow. This is fundamental to your success in this role. You will have experience and knowledge of the later life, pensions or advisory market. Your motivation will be to deliver 'gold standard' marketing to your channel (intermediaries), through a deep understanding of how they consume marketing information and to translate this in to the most appropriate media using the most powerful messaging.

•Ability to deal with change and changing priorities
•Experience of building and executing against marketing plans - including the ability to manage various stakeholders and sometimes conflicting requirements

•Ability to juggle different requirements both short and longer term
•Strong analytical skills - interpret and present campaign management information
•strong influencing skills
•Leadership and management skills are a must
