We are urgently looking for high calibre candidates who have already shown good progress in their career path and are looking for a new challenge in 2017. A 'can do' attitude with a high level of customer service and administrative experience are pre-requisites for this role, as well as the desire to progress and develop within the company.

Job Specification:

Working within the Client Services department, your main focus will be to provide a first-class customer service experience to both existing and new clients. The role entails processing New Business Applications, Renewal Invitations, Cancellations and Policy Documentation, as well as many other tasks. You will also be supporting other areas, including the overseas offices and Business Development Managers. After a suitable period of product training, you will be communicating with brokers and direct clients and resolving any queries in a timely manner.

Person Specification:

* Competent user of MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level), Word and Outlook
* Educated to at least A Level standard (Maths and/or English)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Insurance industry (broker or insurer), with working knowledge of International Private Medical or Private Medical Insurance
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Understanding of underwriting
* Proven administration and numeracy skills
* Confident manner with the ability to communicate at all levels (both written and verbal)
* Ability to take ownership of a project, overseeing it from beginning to end
* Leadership skills
* Working in a compliant environment
* CII qualified or prepared to study towards the qualification
* Must have own transport (free parking onsite)
