This KS2 teacher role would suit an individual who entered the teaching profession understanding that they can make a positive difference to the lives of others. The Head of this expanding 4 form entry primary school are on the lookout for a passionate KS2 teacher who may be a trainee teacher looking to become a KS2 teacher, or an Experienced KS2 Teacher wanting a new challenge or opportunity.

The leadership team have worked tirelessly to develop middle leaders and teachers who have recently joined, with the staff now "developing as a professional team determined to improve outcomes." Alongside the SLT, the school work closely with the local authority, with NQTs speaking highly of the support provided by the local authority and the school's leadership team. The successful KS2 teacher will show willingness to learn and flourish as they take charge of a KS2 class. You will be able to choose your preferred year group within KS2 in the first instance due to flexibility within the Key Stage.

As this primary school begin implementing their newly devised school development plan to raise teaching standards, this is an exciting time to join. The SLT are keen to hear from any prospective KS2 teacher candidates wanting to work in KS2 and who is not afraid of a challenge of raising the learning and attainment in their class. You will be able to choose your preferred year group within KS2 in the first instance.

The journey to become "Good" will allow you to have additional training and support whilst they work to improve the quality of teaching. The appointed KS2 teacher should take advantage of these additional CPD opportunities to improve as a KS2 teacher within a vibrant and lively school community. In addition, new resources have been introduced that will supplement existing equipment and improve on addressing different learning methods. As a KS2 teacher, you will have access to the equipment and as part of KS2, each KS2 class have a set of laptops to aid their learning.
