National Sales Manager; Stoma Care

Salary GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 depending on experience
+ Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits including phone, laptop, private healthcare, contributory pension, life assurance and 25 days' holiday plus BHs

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for a team of Product Specialists and driving achievement of their sales and activity targets. As part of the senior management team you will actively contribute to the development of the Company's strategic plan in addition to preparing your own departmental budgets and achieving the required financial and performance objectives.

This National role requires flexibility in working patterns that will involve UK travel and you will also be required to attend company meetings which may necessitate occasional overnight stays and weekend working.

Our client's strength is in providing a reliable and caring service for customers and introducing innovative new products to suit their continuing needs. They have a close working relationship with healthcare professionals in both the hospital and community setting by providing education and advice directly to patients. Our client has an award-winning home delivery service for stoma and/or continence supplies which prides itself on a friendly and efficient service to customers living in the United Kingdom. The benefits of this service include a Nursing support service for patients in their homes.

To be considered for this important role you will ideally meet the following criteria;
• Experience of managing a field based team within the Healthcare/Medical Device sector
• A high degree of drive and a proven track record of delivering against targets
• Prior experience with stoma products would be an advantage
• Strong organisational, planning, time management and IT skills
• Able to demonstrate strong financial and commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
