Vacancy Overview: Account Lead

An exciting new role due to expansion has come about for an Account Lead, reporting to the Recruitment Manager Agency Supplied Workers, will be accountable for the delivery the Recruitment Process for Agency Workers within the company - this will include the communication of the process to a wide range of users, supporting users to understand their role and responsibilities, monitoring of compliance, and determining appropriate responses where non-compliance is evident. They will identify and propose process improvements.

The role will be highly customer focused and will include both internal and external stakeholder engagement, acting as a daily point of contact at their base location and to the company's suppliers.

You will be proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and an organised team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with an eye for detail. The Account Lead will have experience of working in an HR, Customer Service, or Recruitment environment and will be able to use their experience to quickly identify the customers' needs and provide an efficient and accurate solution.

Deliverables: Account Lead

?? Deliver the transactional tasks required to support the continued implementation of the Temporary Worker Request. (Support effectiveness of the model, escalate issues to the wider team and ensure the full life-cycle of the procedure is achieved.

* Working closely with the external suppliers to influence them to change, improve and align their processes to the company's standards - the role is accountable for creating and maintaining one seamless recruitment process that looks and feels the same for all line managers and HR community.
* Capture customer (line manager) satisfaction and agency worker experiences - create, delivery, monitor and analyse surveys to ensure candidate and customer satisfaction feedback is being captured and improvements to the process are identified and implemented
* Oversee the robust documentation of all parts of the agency worker recruiting process, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal/external procedures. This will include the responsibility to update the documentation and/or process to respond to changing legal requirements. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and well-ordered documentation on all temporary workers as they pass through the recruitment process, to support a safe and thorough audit if required. To support internal audits on the recruiting process where applicable.
* Accountable for the centralised mailbox - including escalation of cases to the right accountable owner, proactively following up Temporary Worker Requests, temporary worker related queries, compliance issues and AWR related matters. In this regard the postholder will be acting as a Relationship Manager between the company and the Agency suppliers, to manage and maintain the relationships and satisfaction levels with the service, and develop and improve the service.
* Act as the first point of contact for all Agency Supplied Worker SAP related queries.
* Proactively working towards ensuring successful delivery of all KPI's as well as Management Information and reporting accuracy
* Ad-hoc project support as required.

?? Liaise with Redeployment function and unions around the agency supplied worker's procedures - ensuring our redeployees and internal employees are treated equally and fairly in the recruitment process for agency workers.

?? Use daily experiences to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop and propose activities to improve the process, enhance compliance and minimize risk

?? Act as the Single Point of Contact for their own area of responsibility and fully support the Process Lead for Agency Workers Supplied Workers and the Recruitment Manager for Agency Supplied Workers in the delivery of their objectives

Skills & Qualifications: Account Lead

* Ideally have track record in an HR/recruitment environment; as well as an administrative and customer focused environment
* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Strong customer focus & relationship building skills; Ability to prepare and maintain concise and accurate records and documentation with good attention to detail Professional telephone manner
* IT Literate - including MS Word and MS Excel to an advanced level
* Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
* Knowledge of UK Legislation particularly Agency Workers Regulations is an advantage, as is any experience within an Employee Relations function.
* An ability to work within agreed timescales and deadlines.
* Evidence of sharing best practices and better ways of working through regular self-evaluation and responding positively and constructively to client feedback.
* Able to prioritise using own initiative.
* Able to identify solutions to issues and implement them
* Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of leaders and external contacts, to influence and empathise with them to build trust and confidence, and to resolve incidents of non-compliance or poor customer satisfaction
