KM Recruitment are working with an organisation, specialising in the delivery of health and wellbeing programmes and services, to support people in the community towards making positive life style changes.
Our client is looking to appoint a Wellbeing Manager who will be responsible for the following key duties:

Responsible for:

- Support Director with the management of Health and Wellbeing services delivered in the community.
- Support business growth and maximise opportunities for development.
- Manage team in area and ensure services are consistent and delivered to a high standard.
- Ensure achievement of set contract delivery/outcome targets.
- Relationship management of stakeholders and delivery partners.

Essential Criteria:

- Experience of managing within the public services industry.
- Essential proven leadership and management experience.
- Experience of business growth and development.
- You must have experience of managing relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Proven experience of recruiting and managing own team.
- Possess experience of working in the public/private sector; managing the delivery of behavioural and lifestyle change programmes (ideally)
- Must be flexible with travel
