Physics NQT needed!!!
School - GOOD with OUTSTANDING features as graded by OFSTED
Location - Havering
Start - September 2017
Salary - MPS
Future Education are currently working closely with a GOOD school with OUTSTANDING features in the Havering area. This is a Secondary School where behaviour of pupils and the leadership/ management team were deemed OUTSTANDING in their OFSTED report. This school have a very supportive NQT program and are now looking for strong Physics NQTs to join their team in September 2017.
The successful Physics Teacher will;
• Have completed their PGCE - ideally Secondary Physics
• Strong subject knowledge
• Good feedback from most recent PGCE placements
• Experience assessing students' needs
• Experience with group and individual programme planning
• Progress monitoring, recording and evaluation
• Ability to build rapport and engage young people
• A strong understanding of teacher strategies, concepts and processes
• Ability to give clear examples
• Detailed planning with differentiation and extension tasks
• Good classroom/lesson pace
