Resource Planning Manager/Contact Centre Professional required to lead planning in award winning 200 seat contact centre supporting private and public sector clients. This Resource Planning Manager role will be responsible for forecasting and planning the contact centre operation - you will manage a Resource Planner and Real Time Analyst and take responsibility for decision making, commercial planning and budgets, stakeholder and client management as well as forecasting and scheduling. An ideal Resource Planning Manager will be contact centre professional with experience in an outsourced contact centre environment and a breadth of client experience from large private sector, to public sector and charity customers. Excellent communication skills are required to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, you should also have experience in reporting and cost/budget management.
