Compensation Manager EMEA - London - GBP90,000-GBP110,000
Our client, a leading global financial services business, are looking to engage a Compensation Manager on a permanent basis, to be based in their office in Central London. This role will be responsible for managing the design, implementation and regulatory compliance of total compensation programs across the EMEA region.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Project planning and managing compensation projects, overseeing the work of compensation consultants.
- Providing strategic advice to the lines of business throughout EMEA regarding base salary and incentive programs.
- Ensuring compensation projects are successfully implemented and overseeing the coordination of compensation survey participation.
The successful candidate be will have strong experience in International Compensation with a focus on the EMEA region. You will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and will have managed projects and implemented compensation programs. We need someone with extensive incentive plan design experience including a comprehensive knowledge of EMEA regulations.
