Specialising in Dementia, Nursing and Residential in a beautiful home, the group are passionate about care and strive to improve the quality of life for their residents through the provision of excellent long term care and accommodation.

We are now looking for a Home manager for a large Nursing home. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic healthcare provider and a rapidly growing business. The position will involve developing your team and upholding fantastic standards within the home.

The Role;

The large home is looking for a home manager to join their team; you will be required to;
• Manage the day to day running of the home
• lead and develop your team and ensure the highest level of care is delivered across the board.
• Part of your role will involve maintaining impeccable standards and compliance with CQC requirements.
• You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing standards of care and kindness, occupancy, profitability and operating efficiency

The Ideal Candidate will;

• Be committed to achieving standards of excellence.
• Demonstrate confidence in your ability to run the home
• Have strong leadership skills.
• Ideally be a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration but not essential
• relevant experience working in a similar position within the care sector, preferably caring for older Residents is a must
