Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to open a new service in Kings Clipstone.

About The Job:
Working independently as a Registered Manager and reporting to the Area Manager for Adult Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of residents, operating in accordance with internal policies, procedures and the Health & Social Care Act.
You will also be responsible for providing leadership, management and development opportunities for the staff team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, working in partnership with the staff team to safeguard our residents at all times.
Overall operational responsibility for the management of the site to include the oversight of all records and personal files
Accountable for the administration of the property to include accounts and expenditure
Lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the residents care plans to include liaising with the appropriate external professionals / agencies / families
Positively contribute to the development of the team, empowering them to promote independence within the home and wider community
Conduct individual performance & development reviews and supervisions with senior members of the care team
Support the care team to organising appropriate, exciting and engaging activities, trips and short breaks for the residents
Efficiently organise, plan and prioritise workload

Due to the nature of our business, an adaptable and flexible working style is essential

Experience Skills & Qualifications:
Applicants will require a Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent in care services)
Previous experience of working with young adults with challenging behaviour
Proven capability to successfully manage a team of staff
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

Remuneration Package:
The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration package that will consist of a basic salary of GBP30,000 per annum. Alongside this, we also offer a comprehensive induction / training and other company benefits such as; pension, life assurance, child care voucher scheme & a company car or car allowance
